The Process   
 
1. Log into the portal.
2. Create a return request.
3. Confirm your decision as to choose from exchange, replace or refund.
4. Provide the description of the reason behind taking this action.
5. Keep the product duly packed along with the accessories, invoices to save time and perform the operation smoothly.
6. The pickup and delivery of the product will happen well within the pre-decided time of 14 days.
7. In case of refund, you will get the refund amount credited in your bank account.
 
Returning Terms & Conditions
 
1.Painless efforts: Once we receive a product replacement and/or refund then we follow up with a physical checkup of the product. Once, tested positive we will process the request.
2.The items to be returned are to be maintained in a good shape and not to be washed, tampered, wore and so on.
3.You have to pack the product as it came in the first place and put the original packing, labels, tags, manuals, guarantee card etc.
4.Refund process will be initiated once we receive your product and it undergoes a quality check procedure.
5.For a certain class of defects reported, there might be a requirement of a supporting document from the brand’s service center stating that they delivered a defective item by mistake.
6.Items part of a combo cannot be returned/replaced independently.
7.Unboxed products could only be returned and not replaced.
8.Items with locks or passwords should be returned unlocked or disabled.
9.In case we don’t have enough stock of the product to be replaced then we may provide you with refund amount.
10.Items sold during the sale will not be subject to replacement.
